Ana Paula Barcellos, JD, LLM, SJD, is a Brazilian Lawyer with 20 years of experience in Constitutional, Administrative and Regulatory Compliance law, and a Foreign Legal Consultant in New York and Massachusetts, USA.
She is also a Constitutional Law Professor at the State University of Rio de Janeiro, and was a 2012-2013 Takemi Fellow at the Harvard School of Public Health, Boston, MA, USA. She has authored five books and numerous articles. She is also a frequent Guest Lecturer in Brasil and abroad. She is a member of the Yale Law School SELA (Seminario en LatinoAmérica de Teoría Constitucional y Política) Organizing Committee since 2012. She is the vice chairman of the Committee on Constitutional Law at the Brazilian Bar Association – Rio de Janeiro (2016/2018).
